User Data Deletion Instructions

AVBHA respects user privacy and provides a process to request deletion of personal information.

How to Request

1. Email support@avbha.com
2. Subject: Data Deletion Request
3. Include your registered email, organisation and contact number.

Processing Time

Requests are normally completed within 30 days after identity verification.

Data Deleted

• User profile
• Application data where legally permitted
• Connected integration data where applicable

Data Retained

Some records may be retained where required by law, regulation, taxation or fraud prevention.

Meta/Facebook

If you connected Facebook or Lead Ads, remove AVBHA from Facebook settings. After verification, AVBHA will delete applicable data under our retention policy.
